Thanks for the great pictures Eddy.
Quick service too!
Pity that the Organ numbers have dwindled.
Alas -Cumbria Steam Gathering used to be a top Rally for Organs.
Regards
George. |

Thats right George it did? I would like to know what Eddy meant about that remark as he made a similar comment on iMOD. I will let you know that Frank spends alot of money presenting his organ. Only this year he has spent nearly £1000 having a botton skirt, new drum skins and weather protection for the organ, not to mention all the new music he has had cut.
How much did you spend this year on your organ Eddy??? |

Hi Allan.
I am not taking sides on this, but I think Eddy's comment about Frank's organ 'going down hill' refers to the photograph being on a slope and not meant to be a detrimental remark about the organ!
I think that it was just a bad choice of words.
Regards, Dave |

OH DEAR!!!
Let's sort this out!!!
Allan , If you take a look at the image above you will notice (with the use of a protractor ) that the organ LOOKS as it is going down hill and my comment CLEARLY states that I have rushed the image because it was raining,
I did not mean it in any other way!!!
Frank presents his organ brilliantly it is always very neat, tidy and in tune.
so next time please read it three/four times over before jumping to conclustions!
Eddy :x
I've oviously upset people, next time I will TRY and pick my words more carefully, Sorry

OK guys, lets keep our cool
I generally find that most spelling mistakes are actually typo's, usually caused by typing too fast, without paying attention to what is being typed.
So let's stay cool and watch what we are typing, I have had to make at least half a dozen corrections to this message before hitting the 'Submit' button
Best regards,
Dave (Admin) |
