I was wondering if anyone had an old photograph of the Ex Cloustens 89 Key Gavioli organ " King Carnival" as I am currently writing something about it and need an old photograph of it with the old paintwork and Preferably with the three figures on.

The Following image is just to jog your memory and it is from an old LP record I have of the organ so I can't use it for publication unfortrunetly.

Does anyone have any of the above please that I could use for publication ASAP please?

Please reply if you have anything?

Regards

Hi Robert.

I asked Peter Clouston if he had a picture of the organ.

The only one he had was probably the same as the one you put in your post.

I have 'cleaned' it up a bit as it had a bright yellow cast over the entire picture.

Peter says he has no idea where the picture came from, so feel free to use it!

If you need a larger version, please let me know and I will email it to you directly.

If you require a better quality picture, you could always try contacting Frank Dawson. He has pictures of everything!

Regards, Dave

Thankyou very much Dave, that photograph is perfect!

I am certain it is the same photograph that has been used on the LP recording I have of the organ so I am pleased about that.

Thankyou again!

See you at the next meeting hopefully!
