Frank Lythgoe's Marenghi made a rare and very welcome appearance at this years Astle Park rally.

Considering that it has been in storage for six years, it sounded very well, although a few technical problems were found as the day progressed!

Hi Robert.

Welcome to the Organ Alley Forum, always glad to welcome a new member, especially a young one!

I won't be going to Lincoln, unfortunately my work demands otherwise!

However, I am hoping to make the annual pilgrimage to the GDSF in a week or so.

I am working on modifications to the main site, but I don't know if I will be able to finish them before this year's Dorset, I left it a bit late in the year to put the site on in the first place!

If you post any pictures please ensure that they are no larger than 1024 x 768 (or 768 x 1024 in portrait), as the picture resizing software will 'time-out' before it can resize it to fit in a 625 x 625 area, which is the limit for pictures on the OA Forum.

If you have a look at the 'Forum Help' and go to the 'Visual Guide', there is a section discussing picture uploading.

Best Regards,

Dave

Well done Dave, great pics. Quite a surprise to see Frank Lythgoe's Marenghi back at Astle Park, and nice to see that Frank is out and about again at a Rally.

Good to see Robert now a Forum Member.

Could do with a bit more activity though "Come on everyone lets try to make the forum interesting"

Regards
George.

Good news for Organ enthusiasts.
Rumour has it that Frank Lythgoe's Marenghi will be out and about at a few more events in 2007.

Regards
George.
